Where The Heart Is

There are so many movies
So what can I say?
Most of them I've loved
Till this very day
But one particular one
Sticks in my mind
It's such a great movie
So very rare to find
'Where The Heart Is'
What a beautiful movie
Meet Novalee Nation
She's kind and groovy
She's pregnant with a baby
But only sixteen or so
Left on the side of the road
She's got no where to go
She lives in the Wal Mart
For six or seven weeks
She lives off the food they sell
Crisps, cakes and sweets
But poor unselfish Novalee
Does a very good deed
She keeps track of all she eats
So she can pay off her greed
She almost gives birth in the shop
But is saved by a mysterious man
She gets her life back on track

It's sorted, with a plan

After a lot more complications
Happiness, sadness and tears
Novalee has beaten
So many of her fears
Her baby young Americus
Her boyfriend young Forney
The ending is magical
If not a little corny.
